We are all greater than what we have been conditioned to believe.

Internal Family Systems therapy is a warm, evidence-based approach that sees the mind as made up of different “parts”, rather than a singular identity.

In session, we connect with and get to know these parts of yourself in an intimate way. Some parts may carry painful experiences or beliefs, while others parts work to protect you from them recurring. At times, these parts manifest in a client’s system in unwanted ways - overworking, harsh self-criticism, addictive or compulsive behaviors. In IFS therapy, we learn to listen to them with compassion and curiosity, gently encouraging a safe path towards true healing.

At the heart of this work is reconnecting you with your core sense of “Self”—a calm, compassionate presence within that holds all of the wisdom, emotional attunement, and care that our burdened parts have been seeking. The more this occurs, the greater the sense of internal harmony and confidence in your “Self” leadership.

About Anthony Soike

A LICENSED MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPIST BASED IN LOS ANGELES, CA, WITH A LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION IN IFS FROM THE IFS INSTITUTE.

I believe we are all far greater than we’ve been conditioned to believe. A mystic at heart, I’m devoted to the ongoing realization of our interconnectedness. I’ve known the fracturing of this concept through trauma, the resulting life of separation and fear, and the natural healing process of returning.

There is a path towards wholeness, paved by trust. I encourage others to trust the intuitive curiosity that guides them and to honor the courage that says “yes”.

One of the greatest gifts of my life is to be present for the healing connections a client makes with vulnerable parts of themself. Witnessing the transformative power of these connections is profound, awe inspiring, and truly beyond words.

The journey towards more Self leadership is one that is witnessed and shared. One’s willingness to connect (with their parts and others) is something that I hold dear. I truly believe that through connection healing is allowed and flourishes.
